Heather grew up with backyard ponies, Fox hunting with Goshen & Loudon West and grooming for Steeplechase race horses. After high school, went on to a working student position for Louise Merryman and Darrah Alexander at an Eventing barn. She was their barn manager for four years and managed and rode competition horses up and down the east coast and Canada.

After working for several more top national and international Eventing riders, working the Keeneland Sales and starting a family, Heather went to work for Haymarket Veterinary Service. She added equine medical skills to her already extensive management knowledge as a vet tech. In additions to the vet tech position, she also worked in patient care at the Marion Dupont Scott Equine Medical Center.

In 2009 taking her years of horse management and veterinary talents and started Wright Rehab, LLC. As well as boarding horses, she specializes in post surgical and injury rehabilitation. From full layup care to getting your horse back under saddle and fit again. Call Heather!
